The project is located in the rural Sangre de Cristo Mountains of northeastern New Mexico, approx. 50 min east of Taos. The 6.1 acre site includes meadows and thick forests of Ponderosa Pine, Doug Fir, Spruce and Aspen. Summer temperatures range from 85 to 40, short periods of rain occur daily during mid summer.

We welcome visitors! Anyone particularily interested in learning about natural building should talk with us in advance, some weeks will be more interesting than others. All visitors must arrange with us in advance in order to ensure that we are on site. Please contact us for directions.
